Lorain County General Health District is once again offering “Triumph Through the Challenges of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders”. This is a four week course for parents (birth, adoptive, foster), grandparents, guardians, and those that work with children that may have had prenatal exposure to alcohol/drugs.
