Main Street Amherst will present its 4th annual Dancing on Main Street— a free downtown music festival, on Saturday, August 4, 2007. During this day-to-evening street festival, we feature live bands and a great variety of foods and beverages. Main Street Amherst receives many positive comments from area residents and business owners who attend Dancing on Main Street -- our community looks forward to this event each year! Main Street Amherst is offering an exciting opportunity to promote your business. Become a Dancing on Main Street concession or juried art vendor! We will accommodate you along our festival midway where hundreds of people can discover your wares. Together we will let everyone know that you take pride in the community, do your part to bring fun, family entertainment to our area, and invest in a worthwhile cause. We market this event to a regional audience via print, television, radio, and electronic media. Your participation will yield results. The Dancing on Main Street Committee will select the vendors based on all completed applications. Deadline for applications is July 6, 2007.
