Since 1917, Lions clubs have offered people the opportunity to give something back to their communities. Today with more than 46,000 in 192 countries and geographical areas, Lions have expanded their focus to help meet the ever-increasing needs of our global community.
The Quarterback Club is the primary sponsor of the Amherst Comets football program. Through their efforts, the teams are able to enjoy the benefits of updated equipment and uniforms, pre-game and post-game meals, and much more. Membership is free and open to the public. Meetings are held every Tuesday at 6:30 at the Comet Fieldhouse located at the south end of the stadium.
